Rub a little dirt on it and get back in the game, son.

Sean White’s health in the Georgia game was so dire that he’s still in the mix to start this week.

And he’s got Heisman Trophy candidate Jeremy Johnson in his hip pocket if needed.

Yeah, he was just around for the dawg grading of our win. Now he can try to impress someone else with that big completion average, maybe draw a 15 yarder with a pity-pot move since he’s the product of Malzahn’s excuse-making.

That Dawg D tore him a new one and if he ever shows up again, they’ll tear him another one. Bama’s going to have a field day for what they should call the “Iron Bracelet” game since he’s handcuffed from being so friggin’ great.

    Well, it IS Alabama.

Wait, what? A&M? Alabama A&M? Then I guess he’s just trying to get his stats back before the violence the real Bama is going to unleash.

Down here in barn land all I have heard all week is how Sean White was so hurt he couldn’t throw it 10 yards, our best back and second best hurt, blah, blah, blah. What really hurts them the most is knowing we knocked them out of a potential natty run with the current state of our team. It doesn’t get much sweeter than that!

There was never a potential natty run for Auburn this year. Their reality check just arrived earlier than they expected.
This should, in the future be called the “Your check’s in the mail game”.

While I agree and title run was not in the picture, they were looking like the 2nd best team in the west when they were healthy. Who knows what they are like now. I’ll be pulling for them to upset Bama.

Not me. I wouldn’t pull for Auburn with both engines out on the team plane (Sorry, Ward. You’re a good dude, it’s an institutional grudge, not a personal one)

As someone for whom Auburn is and always will be the most hated team, I think you just have to think of it as pulling against Alabama.

At the end of the day what is important is that Georgia look good. If we beat the team that beat Alabama, how can that be a bad thing for us? Besides do we really want anything but Gus Bus on the plains?

Derek, your reasoning is sound. I can’t fault the logic you outline. Your approach will soothe me in the unlikely event Auburn should pull the upset. How – EV-UH, should the Gus Bus get stepped on like a soda can, my love of epicaricacy will allow me to enjoy it almost as much as last week’s UGA win.

              I don’t care for Auburn. 😉

It’s a can’t lose proposition. I won’t complain if they get “seal clubbed” that’s for sure. It’s one of those games to watch and enjoy because no matter what, a group people who deserve to be unhappy, will be and for that I’ll be thankful. (Especially if we’ve already dispatched the bugs.)

From the Montgomery suburbs, with only the Montgomery Advertiser to read, it’s pathetic to read the junior sportswriters (the only kind) make excuses for Auburn. They only have three other QBs on the roster and several other RBs in the stable! The Dawgs are damned with faint praise when they note the stats for the game…what? No first downs in the second half?? I expect the Tide-Tiger results to be in a black bordered newspaper and Montgomery to declare a day of mourning!!

White had 27 yards passing. The Smith interception return was 34. White had more yards against him than for Auburn.

Just saw CBS projects us to play Miami in the Belk Bowl. Please don’t do this to us. Please…

Man. Jeremy Johnson and John Franklin III must really be butt if they can’t get a start against Alabama A&M with Sean White as banged up as he apparently is. I could tell Saturday that he wasn’t going to be able to get any zip on the ball passing, especially as the game wore on. Those guys are that bad?

White is out, probably for the year. Petway may be too. J Johnson will start against bama A&M. Gus and Rhett Lashlee were dumbasses for not playing Franklin or Johnson in the 2nd half vs UGA.
