    Nutt’s probably correct in his assessment, but it’s hard to take it seriously coming from him.

    And, wow, the rest of that article just had “mail it in” written all over it! You can tell the “writer” is ready for vacation.

    Bert has been able to seemingly get credit for his big wins and somehow the losses have been teflon. In that respect, Arkansas is a microcosm of SEC West. Ultimately, his teams are NEVER complete, and I think it is a reflection of the fact that he is not nearly as detail-oriented as one needs to be to succeed in the SEC. The fact that Arkansas is a competitive disadvantage in recruiting relative to Bama, LSU, Auburn, A&M, and arguably Ole Miss (on account of cheating) narrows his margin for error.

    Unless things go drastically wrong or an ugly 8-4/7-5, I can’t see them firing him in 2017.

    Bielema is the new mad hatter except his ballsy in-game decisions have failed more than they’ve worked. Don’t know how many times I’ve seen them lose because he decided to go for it on 4th down when it wasn’t even necessary, only to end up losing any momentum. It’s not so much his choices but WHEN he makes them. It kinda reminds me of how we ran our offense this year.
