Willie takes a giant first bite from the middle of the sandwich (representing 2005), then puts it into the fridge and forgets about it. Some time later he takes another smaller bite (2nd half of 2007 season), then throws the sandwich in the garbage. Gets yelled at by his wife for wasting incredible ingredients. Divorce.

I will say that both pimento cheese and pineapple sandwiches (both mandatory for a picnic) should have the crust cut off the white loaf bread!

Everyone but the haters feel the same way. Mystifies me how anyone can harbor any bad feelings about this man, in fact, I am suspicious of those people as people. Time for them to grow up and move on. Splitting the fan base will never be over for them. They can think of themselves as “good Dawg fans” all they want, there is not one thing to be gained from dissing this guy and his time/feelings about UGA/Athens.

As far as UGA is concerned, Richt is history. Who cares? How Richt’s record at Miami turns out should be of no concern to UGA.

He’s still a part of Georgia history–just like Herschel, Green, Shock, Champ, Stafford, Gurley etc.. Unless you are still at UGA, you are a part of its history too. Its ok to root for the guys who are DGD, no matter where they are in their career.

I want a kick-off classic between the “U” and UGA. It would create a hugely schizophrenic cheering section. I could guarantee a fight in the Georgia section between Georgia fans. As a fan of both anarchy and irony I would pay good money to see that.
