If you don’t ask for a lot, you don’t need to pay a lot.

According to this database, Greg McGarity’s total compensation package ranks thirteenth among all athletic directors in the SEC.  In years when Jay Jacobs earns his contracted bonus, McGarity drops to dead last.

When it comes to the reserve fund, at least the man puts his money where his mouth is.

    What shocks me is Jay Jacobs is as low as he is. Like him or hate him (personally I hate him) he is effective for Auburn.

    Actually this says more to me about our athletic department and our PRESIDENT. It indicates how cheap our PRESIDENT is and it tells me that the issues of McGoofy are more a symptom of a President who cares nothing about overall performance and only about $$$$ and the reserve fund. It is rare indeed, that the root cause of corporate issues(and yes Dorothy UGA is a business) are in the underlings seat. Morehead is as culpable as his mentor Mikee Adams……
