Maybe he should have put it a different way.

So, Derek Mason opened up to the sideline reporter as Vandy returned for the second half yesterday that he was on the mother.

That went well.

I’d hate to see how Vanderbilt plays against a team it isn’t built to stop.

Have no respect for Mason. An elite. Arrogant. Disrespectful to other teams and coaches in SEC. He actually disrespects and has disdain for the sporting press and blogs. Unfortunately, other than the senator, many have not figured it out.
I know many who post here attack Butch Jones, but for me Mason does not even come close to him.
    Utterly dislike the man.
“Fear”. What in hell does that word have to do with anything in SEC football. A term that many like you like to throw out there.
What it gets down to is your team is poorly coached and you damn well know it.
Evidence. Take a look between your beat up ass and check the numbers in last three games, dumb ass.
Hoping the Vols beat the hell of you this year.

Someone tell Coach Mason that the Edsel was built to take over the US automotive market. There’s a line about how things look on paper and why we actually play the games that might apply here. Regardless, it’s nice to see Vandy is back to being Vandy.

I think he meant to say their stadium was built to accommodate Georgia fans.

“Built to stop Georgia”. I think he meant “facilitate” instead of “stop”.
