“Senator, Georgia is playing in the national semi-finals. What are you going to do next?”

I’m going to the Rose Bowl!

Jeez, how surreal to type that… In a season full of pinch me moments, today may very well be the pinchiest of them all.

Posting, as you no doubt can guess, will be sporadic for the next few days.  I just hope it’s equally euphoric when the dust settles.

In the meantime, you guys know the drill.  Behave, you scamps.

Safe travels and bring back a WIN!
I have thought the Rose Bowl was overrated due to always playing Big 10 vs Pac 10. Finally a good match up to live up to the hype.

Got to Vegas last night. One of the limo drivers in the airport randomly came up to me and said “all we’ve seen is Georgia fans…. no one from OU.”

    I’m trying to represent!

Until three weeks ago I was living in Reno, Nevada. Relocating for work, haven’t even got my stuff packed and out of Reno yet lol. But I’m in MD now, Baltimore Area.

Meh, it’s been down in the teens this week and everyone is complaining about how cold it is but it feels normal for me for this time of year having spent the last three years in Northern NV. It gets way colder in Reno than most people realize.

You may see snow at 3000′ or less on nearby mts (and especially on Big Bear) while it’s in the 70s below. What’s not to like going from a small tan to downhill skiing inside 1 1/2 hours and cross-country skiing in less time than that? You can always catch a tan while headed out into the ocean and whale-watching or fishing by going one hour in the opposite direction.

You’ll really be pinching yourself if the Dawgs beat OU and make it to the championship game.

Just saw the Rivals article about top Freshmen and Fromme came in 3rd. #1 and #2 were RBs and Swift wasn’t one. One of the RBs was behind Swift in ratings when he went to Wisconsin and one can plainly see that Swift would have made it a duo from UGA in the top three if not for Chubb and Michel as his running mates.

Returning players will form the skeleton to attach this new class in making for a Sophomore – and Freshman – dominated team filled with the glue of returning “oldsters” like Ledbetter. Ho Lee Crap!, with early registration, next year’s team could start practicing in groups in two weeks. Damn!. Got drool all over the keyboard.

All you Dawgs have fun knowing what’s waiting when you come back. And use the fireplugs like Good Dawgs.

Enjoy and Never Drive Drunk, especially in Ca. Buy a cookie and enjoy yourself legally out there.

Not only are we reloading, the young backups have lots of experience now. Drop off will be minimal. The rest of SEC East will be behind us for a while.

Instead skype a California doctor and tell him/her you have migraines. The doctor will send to you electronically a prescription. Take it and your ID to a dispencery and you can get high.

I am green with envy towards all you traveling Dawgs today. The wife and I are leaving next week on a long planned trip and can’t get this one in, too. Grrrrr. Rose Bowl has always been a dream trip, never imagining that our Dawgs would get this chance. So, I’m living vicariously through all of you this weekend. Please, do everything I would do…if you brought your wife, never mind that last part.

Ah the joy, just for fun one of our pilots got sick and we had to land in Dallas, then find a replacement, so we stayed on the plane for an hour and half and then headed on to LAX.
