So, when does the picture of Phil go up?

Were I a Tennessee fan, I would have pushed to keep him up there in a “never forget” capacity.

As I watched that, in my head I heard The Band playing “The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down” and it made me even more happy.

To be replaced by a giant icon of Jim Varney. Know what I mean, Phil?

By the way …. anyone heard from DIF lately?

I thought he might be posting under a different moniker now…but I’ve wondered it it’s him. DIF was once the most prolific poster on GTP, so it is strange that he would vanish.

I heard he got so tired of winning he left. But I did see him over the weekend standing in line at the witness protection program trying to get his prescription filled for a cherry red soda with a rider for Po-210 coverage.

Apparently, he got contaminated with some art project in Pensacola over by the parts store close to Mike Price’s old strip club. Sad.

Now back on task to the important thing, Butch would like to thank his agent –

“If I may be so honored to have all the fired coaches in every category stand with me in this room tonight. Jim, if you do it, everybody else will, come on, Look around, look around. … We all have stories to tell and projects we need financed, such as weak sauce. I have two words to leave with you tonight, ladies and gentleman: good agent,”

Can you give it up for the artist?
I’ve been wondering if all the things
I’ve seen were ever real, were ever really happening

You “wondered?” It hasn’t been that subtle, lol.

    Love the Lincoln imagery, Senator…

I’m writing a historical novel in which the hillbillies are hunting the fugitive Butch and his staff through the hills of Argentina, with shootin’ irons. Thinking of calling it “Vengeance Is Our’n’!” Or “The Hunt For Orange October”.
