    I suspect the transfer rate would increase if there was no requirement to sit out a year – a lifetime to a 20 year old. Of course, that’s the main unsaid reason to have the rule in the first place. From the coaches’ perspective, then, the rule is working great.

      I believe you are correct. Seems like quite a few graduates with eligibility remaining transfer, since they don’t have to sit out a year.

      Fortunately, it’s just another form of recruiting for Kirby. He’s nabbed Maurice Smith, Catalina, Nizialek, Hayes, etc.

      Like
