It never hurts to ask.

I’m not sure what it is about the SEC spring meetings, but they sure seem to bring out the snark.

He’ll be here all week, folks.  Try the veal!

Yeah, one leaving cause there’s no playing time so there’s hundreds dying to replace him?

Stetson, while a DGD, wasn’t SEC quality. Good for him to go somewhere he can play and maybe transfer back to a larger school in the future. In the meantime, I’d think there’s a small school QB that’s graduated with eligibility left. Let’s get him in here to be 3rd string/scout team. I’m surprised Kirby hasn’t been able to find one yet, but I won’t be surprised when he does.

Not sure about “SEC quality comment, there are a few QBs that Stetson might be better/equal to. In the East TN, SC, and Vandy might find him a good alternative. Gave a damn good defense at UGA fits last season in practice, if you believe the players who faced him. I think he gets knocked simply based on size, and that is more of an NFL hangup. I understand we don’t know because of lack of playing time, but he may not end up on an SEC roster and still succeed at D1. Who knows for sure?

LOL. The last time a 5’8″, 155 pound QB started in the SEC was 36 years ago…Randy Campbell at Auburn. Bennett has absolutely NO shot at playing meaningful snaps in the SEC.

He’s sort of good at this “head coach” thing, isn’t he?
