Just a couple of quickies:
- Georgia’s had twelve players named to the AP’s preseason All-SEC teams. Somewhat surprisingly, at least to me, Jake Fromm’s name isn’t included.
- As of this weekend, ten of Georgia’s 2018 signees are now on campus. (Not counting the early enrollees, obviously.)
Get The Picture 
He’ll be on their list at the end of the year. The Line is better, the receiving corps are better and the running backs are going to do just fine. Fromm is set to have a massive year. Look for the offense to carry this team until the defense catches up.

Maybe Fitzgerald instead of Tua, but that seems unlikely based on the hype this offseason.

Fromm’s reputation stems from the constant television commentary that “Fromm is a game manager.” No matter what he does his national reputation is that he is John Lastinger 2.0.

I’d be thrilled with that. Lastinger couldn’t run, couldn’t pass. All he could do was win.

Your first, second and third team pre-season all SEC quarterbacks are:
Jalen Hurts, Alabama
Nick Fitzgerald, Mississippi State
Austin Allen, Arkansas
If you’d put a gun to my head I couldn’t have even named Arkansas’ quarterback. But hey, apparently he’s better than a true freshman that leads his team to the national championship. However, I’m fine with people underestimating Fromm.

Is there info concerning those who haven’t arrived on campus? Cook, Ojulari, Bush, and Davis – are they just hanging around on the edge of campus building up suspense; are they unqualified academically; were they expected and didn’t show up; are they dawdling? Hey! Redneck fans want to know. One of the five listed arrived after I first read it yesterday, so there’s that.
Thought I saw that Bush was here last week or was I smokin’ and drankin’ and over-comprehended (imagined)?

We didn’t do close to that last year, how did that work out for us? Football is, perhaps, the ultimate team game so I don’t get too worked up about individual awards. But I saw enough of what he could do, and what he was made of, last season. He is a winner, if he stays healthy we will be in Atlanta, and probably competitive with the West winner. They can rank him where they want, he would be my pick of mine because he is the total package, even if he isn’t that best at any one thing.
