Shades of gt/ut last season. They whale away on each other for a couple of hours, then one of them loses. Good times.

How about a game where, with ten seconds left, the game in quadruple overtime still tied 0 to 0, Florida on the Tennessee five on fourth down about to kick the winning chip-shot FG. Fulmer runs out on the field just before the snap to call at time out and ice the kicker.. He gets the time out but the Florida kicker goes through with the kick and misses. Pruitt runs Fulmer down in front of the whole world and the fight ensues. They both draw a penalty flag and are ejected from the game for the ordeal. Florida kicks the FG for the big win.

What I wonder is how badly would one of them need to lose for their fanbase to enter panic mode about their hire. FPI gives Tennessee about a 50% chance of going on a five game losing streak.

Did you schedule this trip walking out of Neyland last season? Hate the time slot but it never gets tiring watching them get punked. Believe this will tie the all time series record, again. Need to get them and Auburn in our rear view mirror.

As much as I hate Tennessee, it is in our best interest for them to win. It would most likely end up making both Florida and Tennessee ineligible to make a bowl game. If Florida wins, it will most likely make a bowl since Florida State is in even worse conditions.

Chuckle. Only in “Knoxville logic” would that even be possible. Not even likely with the Big Urnge has recovered from last season, their spirit is broken. Trouble is, a 35-7 beatdown will have them declaring they are on the road back. I don’t think Pruitt is going to last, at least one more change for them in the 4-5 year period, imo.
