In a statement from the counsel for Courtney Smith, attorney Julia Leveridge refutes Zach Smith's assertion yesterday that Domestic Violence Civil Protection "mutual." Leveridge says it is not. Also notes that Zach Smith pled guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
