“It’s just all about me being prepared.”

2018’s forgotten man says he’ll be back in Athens next season.

For anyone actually worried that Demetris Robertson might decide to move on after one year, either to another program or apply early for the NFL, allow the redshirt sophomore to put your mind at ease.

“Oh yeah, I’m coming back,” Robertson told UGASports.

This season was a learning experience, something we probably took for granted more than we should have, given the premium this staff puts on blocking downfield.

“For me, it’s really just been learning the offense. This is the third offense I’ve had to learn,” Robertson said. “Plus, I wasn’t here over the summer to get my chemistry and work out with the guys.”

Another year of S&C and working with Hankton, it’ll be interesting to see how much he contributes in 2019.

I was really impressed with downfield blocking by Georgia and Bama WRs this year. That’s how you get on the field. And blocking technique is a lot want to but also a lot technique. Takes time.

All our skill guys remind me of a time I was on active duty and got a look inside the weapons storage facility of a special ops unit. All I could think of was “look at what we have to use: feel sorry for the people at the wrong end of these weapons.” GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!
