“Where is that fire?”

By the way, the article from which I lifted that photo gracing the prior post actually has this to say:

SEC legend Tim Tebow has been right about Georgia football most of the season…

Griffith gives two whole examples of Tim Tebow, soothsayer.  One, Fromm would bounce back after the LSU loss, and two, Justin Fields “could ultimately be an answer” in short-yardage situations.  The first was something Tebow was hardly alone in predicting and the second never really came to pass in any sort of ultimate way.

Here’s my example of Tebow’s astute analysis of Georgia this season.

Boy, he sure nailed that one, didn’t he?

Needless to say, I’m taking Tebow’s faux concern about Georgia’s mental preparation for the bowl game with a grain of salt.  I’m guessing Deandre Baker is, too.

Does anyone actually take this moron seriously? Him and his whiny, squeaky high pitched voice coupled with phrasing his sentences like a 9 year old boy make me nauseous. Who else wears a $500 suit with sneakers? When will ESPN finally kick him to the curb?

  2. Bright Idea

Did he predict the early start time would do Georgia in against Tech too?

Is Timmy auditioning to take over as the new Mr. Conventional Wisdom?

It actually told me that, like most of the Gator Nation, he still doesn’t understand Kirby Smart and the new Georgia Mentality. That’s a good thing by the way… They will leave Jax stunned , once again, that Georgia beat them and badly.

I’m not sure why they keep him around. Since he decided to chase baseball (an enterprise he’s allowed to continue in exclusively because his celebrity brings attention) he has regressed as a sports broadcaster. He doesn’t bring anything to the table from an analysis perspective, and as far as “personality,” it’s become painful to watch Tebow continue to live in the closet long past the time it became obvious. Now it’s just awkward. It’s 2018, dude. Come on out.

He’s like an annoying stray cat, constantly yowling for table scraps. Never contributes anything but incoherent natterings about “passion”, surely one of the most overused words in CFB today.

  7. The GPOOE & soothsayer to the stars! Laughable.

Get off my lawn, Timmy! As Spike clicks the safety off his M1 Garand..

Thought I heard he was going to try the new spring pro league, but that could have been speculation. Keeping McElroy and Tebow around as analysts tells you all you need to know about the quality of SEC Network overall. But then having F-Bomb as the primary face of the network may be all that is necessary to know this isn’t where you go to get deep thinking about CFB. I still watch them instead of the Gameday version on Saturday mornings.
