- UCF is making a living feasting on disinterested SEC teams.
- Kansas State is paying Bill Snyder a $3 million buyout, even though he retired rather than being fired for cause. The AD said, “The buyout is just something I wanted to do,” and in the next breath went on to say the payment is “not really a buyout.”
- And Greg Sankey thought it was actually necessary to issue a statement in response to an online magazine article about CFP expansion, which means he’s either an idiot or eager to get a marker out about how much it’ll cost to get the SEC to give up its championship game.
- This is not a good look for Corch.
Does Corch have a good look?

UCF is making this a one-way national championship game. They will have a trophy in waiting.
Coach O needs to make a huge deal of this to his players.
Demand and claim that trophy, LSU!
(of course, if LSU wins, UCF will not admit the trophy exists. I’m about to the point where I’d pull for GT if they played UCF)

Snyder is a funny case and just as contradictory as he let on. He didn’t want to go, let’s put it that way. He’s one of those people who will be dead within a year once out of coaching, and he knows it.
I always enjoy those coaches who “love” their universities so much that they’re willing to run their own program into the ground in order to stick around as long as it suits them.

Yeah, I can’t argue with anything you’ve said. On the other hand, he did perform pretty much a miracle turnaround at that school, and then came back to help them out again. It was somewhat a deal with the devil in that it took $3M apparently to get him to leave, but I’d say overall that was money well spent by KState. Especially when you look at the millions spent on inferior coaches every day.

Honestly, Urban needs to be universally exposed for the piece of crap he is.
The stories that you still hear whispered about his time in Gainesville have to be based in some truth.
He is severely overdue for a reckoning.

Hope they hold Divaad out till spring. Time is on his side. I also imagine they will hold Zeus out till August. I also think Kirby is over the fake kicks. Lessons learned beats the hell out of the finger in the dam.
