RJ Young did a phone interview with him recently, ostensibly about Leach’s former defensive coordinator, Alex Grinch. Leach spent half the time talking about the chickens that roost in a tree in the back yard of his Key West home.

Walking around Pullman following a raccoon just to see what they do, damn. “Eccentric” doesn’t even begin to capture this guy. Always entertaining to see the reaction when vacancies occur for a HC and his name is brought up by some internet fan.
