The continuing adventures of Todd Grantham’s agent

The man is working it, baby.

Only Florida’s AD knows if Todd really wants it.

Evidently Stricklin isn’t feeling it yet.

Come on Stricklin. Pony up. Please don’t let him get away.

Stricklin would be nuts to get in a bidding war on this. Mullen in charge? He would be nuts too. But hey, a dysfunctional Florida is the best Florida, so have at it….

The only man Mark Richt ever willfully ran the score up on. A legend IMO.

I like where your head’s at, but 2015 Steve Spurrier is on line #2. 😉

      • Auburn in 2007, 2011, and 2014 got some of that too.

I would not say he ran the score up in those Auburn games. They just got beat, Richt was pulling out starters in those games.

I like the idea of running the score on L’ville but it was a 27-14 going into the 4th. UGA added 10 more. It was 16 point game with just over 2min to go when Chubb scored to make it a real 3 score game.

I don’t consider it running up the score when you win by 30 with your 2nd string scoring in garbage time. It is a gripe with me and many of the old guard. You keep your foot on the gas playing your normal rotation of players until you’re up 4 scores and less than 15 minutes remain. You then start putting in back ups and might still call the normal offense. Going conservative has cost UGA under more than 1 coach.

I hear you and that was indeed a great day for America.

Chubb set a Belk Bowl record that night against Grantham’s defense….266 yards rushing. My favorite carry was when we were backed up inside our own 5, Grantham put 10 in the box, and Chubb went straight up the middle and was finally caught and pushed out of bounds by the 11th defender who wasn’t in the box….inside their 5 yard line.

The Bengals obviously believe they’ll manage to stay out of 3rd and long situations. Now, if they can get their offense to follow suit…

I think maybe Stricklin might realize he’s a dud and would take his chances on the open market. Hope not, but we’ll see. Fromm shredded his defense last year and will again. Hard spot to be in. DC’s don’t grow on trees in college, and Grantham knows that successive brain farts gets you fired in the NFL. Gayturds, it’s your move.

So the Bengals are about to learn all about 3rd and Grantham.

Just glad I’m not a Bengals fan or ticket holder.
