So this is what it’s come to.

Florida players taking to social media…

… to deny they’re leaving Gainesville.

It feels like we’re on the cusp of a new golden age of Gator football, doesn’t it?

I guess getting a degree isn’t a consideration at all?

Can we describe it as a “Dumpster Fire” yet, or is too soon?

Hey! Jaydon thinks he’s going to play so stop the bad nuances and support his ass for getting on the field in front of a bunch of serious Dawgs out to prove the old FU shit is flushed down the drain. We can make sure we know his number and cheer every time he takes a Big Dawg hit; that should make him happy what with being noticed and all.

The Senator has served up a mess of fritoed gator complete with hushed puppies waiting for a turn at the food bowl. The least we can do is cheer for every Dawg to make the playing field, but first let the 5-4 stars get the red meat placed in their dawg bowl by Mullen remarks last week.

    Sic’em, Dawgs!! Woof! Woof! Woof!

    Get your hate on early.

Nothing bonds people together like an outside enemy, and if they feel like the whole world is against them I could see them pulling off an upset or two next year. I sure hope we don’t rest on our superior talent

Have seen UF dead and buried only to come out and beat the dawgs again. Probably need to actually have a winning streak longer than two games before we ascribe any meaning to trouble in their program.

We’ve won 5 of the last 8, 6 and 6 since 2007. The last two were a combined 78-24. The talent gap is only widening. Sure, they could luck into one, but they are staring up from a large hole, and it’s only getting deeper for them.

Agree Russ. If you look at the entire series record, yes the Gators won substantially more than the Dawgs did from 1990 to 2010–a period of about 20 years. But that’s ANCIENT HISTORY! The Dawgs still own the all-time series at 52-43-2 and are 5-3 over the most recent 8 games. Any Gators who want to make a big deal out of that 21 year strtch need to STFU because it is all over.

Mayor, the last 15 years (to 2004) are 7-8 so they have to be pretty selective on how they characterize that dominance of the 90s. And it was pretty much the 9-1 stretch in the 90s that tilted it for a while. It was fairly balanced after that and we’re about to tilt it back the right way.
