Musical palate cleanser, just around the corner edition

We’re 100 days from the 2019 season kicking off, so it seems appropriate to hear the late, great Ms. Sharon Jones knocking out a live version of her “100 Days, 100 Nights”.

    Got to see Sharon Jones in Savannah at the Lucas Theater in 2016. Big crowd that night. She invited anyone who wanted to dance with her onto the stage and did a long meet-and-greet in the lobby after the show. Amazing amount of energy for a performer who was very sick at the time.

    Sharon was a native Georgian who was once a prison guard at Rikers island. Memorable night.
