Are they having trouble with the beaming device? This is something they might want to look into before someone’s atoms are irreparably scrambled during transfer. I hear entering the portal twice is particularly bad.
We must have a transfer protocol similar to the concussion protocol.
I mean, we all saw what happens to our sweet pets in the pet cematary portal!

I think the transfer portal should be this big hypno-pattern that you fall into, like Mel Brooks in “High Anxiety”, waving your arms, with no idea where you’ll land. Could be Ohio State, or Auburn, or Wake Forest, or Lidsville, or the Land of the Lost.
Man, that would be cool.

Am I the only one who finds some of these names a walk down memory lane of recruiting misses? I remember how we aggressively pursued this kid and others in the portal. Funny how so many don’t meet their lofty expectations or things turn out different than they expected.

Wrong portal…or something.

Perhaps whatever incentive he received on February 18th to exit the portal is exhausted. Time for more “incentive” to return?
Although I have no idea whether Dickerson is valuable or not, I can see where a high value player could use the portal, or threat of the portal, to increase his …. compensation?

I’m in favor of players having this option – but I do also think coaches should have the policy (as Herm Edwards and some others talked about in a recent article) that once you decide to enter the portal, there is no coming back. That may be hard to enforce especially at a position of need, but otherwise you’re setting yourself up for a bunch of players waffling every year. If you want to go into the portal then by all means best wishes to you, but your scholarship is now gone from here.

You put your left foot in you take your left foot out.
Saw where he is a Jr (?), wonder if he enters again next year to return to FSU?

Their OL is already a Charlie-Foxtrot. This guy was, according to some sources, their best lineman. I don’t see Taggart lasting any longer that the mid-point or the end of year-3 at F$U.
