Dawgs in Hebrew

Cool shirt, boys.

Judging from the rack behind them, there are lots of football fans in Israel.

Now we know why DAWGS play noon games, it’s for the Isreal fans! Noon for us is 7 PM for them.

Boy, if Israel thought that Hamas was tough, wait until Butts-Mehre’s trademark attorneys show up asking for royalties on that t-shirt.

I just got back from the Mayan Riviera and the locals had lots of masks and other stuff that was branded with American pro football teams. No college stuff though. I looked.

I have been in the Old City myself and seen similar merchandise. Go Dawgs!
I was disappointed to find out that bourbon, for some reason, is prohibitively expensive in Israel. Vodka and other spirits are reasonably priced. A bottle of Jack Daniels or other brown liquor, if you could find it, cost $200 or more dollars. This was a few years ago. I haven’t been back recently.
