Let me get this straight; a lawyer isn’t going to take on certain types of cases where he gets paid because there is too much work in that field? I would think Mars could have come up with a better story than that.

Pure speculation on my part, but I assume there isn’t enough money in these cases to justify the time he spends on them in lieu of other matters.
