    That’s great news on Davis. I think our DL is better than people give them credit for. A front 3 of Davis, Clark and Marshall isn’t bad at all. Wyatt and Herring are stepping up. Then we’ve got tons of depth with Rochester, Barnett, etc. Not to mention 5 or more newbees.

    Last year was a rebuilding year for the D, and they still had a fine season. This year’s D is gonna be much tougher, more experienced, and deeper.

    Davis is certainly a key piece of the puzzle for UGA in 2019 so this is great to hear. But we need to get one of the young pups ready to carry part of the load, a back issue for someone that big is never a good sign. His absence, as with Atkins before him, was very noticeable. Rotate, rotate, rotate. The DL depth continues to be my biggest concern.

    I saw a video clip of Davis at practice and can confirm that he looks to be in great shape.
