Dawgnation deals with it.

If Morehead and McGarity are worried about potential fan complaints concerning beer service, should that be introduced in the friendly confines of Sanford Stadium (I know, I know, but work with me here), this scene should eradicate their concern.

If there’s one thing Georgia fans have proven over the last two seasons, it’s that we’ll put up with just about anything in the service of watching Georgia football.

I was checking the week 2 SEC schedule and they list 2nd-hand market ticket prices for the games. Of course, Clemson-A&M is the top ticket starting at $138.
Auburn-Tulane is the cheapest at $6, with South Carolina-Charleston Southern giving them a good run at $9.
Somehow LSU-Texas has a bargain price of $12!!!
But the Dawgs-Murray State come in at 3rd most expensive ticket at $36.
It seems unlike McGarity, Dawg fans aren’t cheap b______s.

Every line was that long on Saturday night. The line to pee, the line for food, everything. I don’t think Vandy is used to having a full stadium.

Love beer, but standing in that sort of line to pay $8 for one would make me feel stupid or alcoholic. That doesn’t rule out the possibility if there is a sense of mayhem in the air and I need something to quell the hotheads. After all, what is beer for at CFB games? It’s there to drink or to riot (in the mind of some anti-beer people) and in this video case, a pleasant drinking libation is the last thing to be expected.

Why is punishment built into sale of alcoholic drinks at CFB stadiums meant for pleasure? It’s the backdoor attempt of anti-drinkers to kill your pleasure for not being the way they are, sober and mean.

I was in the “club” level. They executed selling beer and wine flawlessly. Shouldn’t be so hard to replicate at Sanford………………

I wouldn’t stand in line for a Bud Light if you paid me $8

I don’t get the appeal of paying $8 and standing in a long line for any beer, let alone a cheapo can of light beer. I’m not saying we shouldn’t offer it, but I won’t be getting one.

I wouldn’t even watch all of that video, much less stand in that line.

Rest assured, we see no Magill Society members in that line.

Anyone who missed long periods of game action in that line is either a dumbass or an alcoholic. Either way I fully support their right to do so. Perhaps if Sanford ever serves alcohol they could put it in more than one place.

I don’t honestly know what they were thinking. Maybe they thought they were in Starkville instead of Nashville.

Can’t wait to see this replicated at Sanford, only manned by the October Middle School debate team.

By the time you get to the front of that line, you sober up to the point of re-evaluation.
