The punchline to this obituary is epic.
Bob’s only regret is that his beloved Tennessee Volunteers Football team preceded him in death.

“We have a long way to go to get to where we need to go,” Smart said. “That’s nothing to do with Oregon. That’s nothing to do with anybody we play. That’s to do with the Georgia Bulldogs...”-- Kirby Smart, AJ-C, 8/14/22
The linked h/t article is so good. Condolences to them but they seem like a great family that has priorities in the right place. I’m glad they were able to celebrate his life.

I don’t care if they’re ever back, but I’d love to see them win Saturday.

I said so too on another thread. Had to wash out my mouth with soap. But in truth, I’m torn. I really would like the mediocre Gay-Turds to get their comeuppance on national TV losing to an obviously crummy UT team. But then, if FU beats UT and UT loses to a few others like to UGA, Bama, Mizzou, etc. their HC gets fired and the whole thing about changing coaches starts all over–this time with Phat Phil in the mix as likely rehire. Tantalizing!

Didn’t Back to the Future predict we would be in flying car by now? Vol football is on the same time table.

Are we really still doing the “gay-turd” thing, dude? It’s not a good look.
