A tragedy in Nashville

Honestly, I never thought I’d see the day when an SEC head coach would be quoted saying, “This is Nashville. No stadium should run out of beer.”

What a time to be alive, eh?

Well it was LSU so there’s that. I mean, they also drank all the vodka in a bar before 9:00 am. Think I’ll stay on the porch…

Reminds me of a conversation I had with a LSU fan at the 2003 game:

Q: why don’t we ever see LSU on top of Playboy’s list of party schools?

A: dey revoked our amateur status.

Solid musical accompaniment. Great way to start the day.

Love me some Whiskey Town. Most of what Ryan Adams has done since has been either a bullseye or completely missing the target.

    • You are correct sir. Dude never wrote a song he didn’t like. Ryan could probably use the oversight and objectivity of a band, but he is kind of a dick and could never hold one together for long. Great great talent tho. One of my favorites.

  7. Whiskey Town! Awesome band…so so good. One of my all time favorites. Good to see the call out. Got that album cover on a shirt here somewhere.
