My, how the less than mighty have fallen.

In less than a month, Danny White has gone from sneering at 2-for-1 series offers from D-1 powers to wondering if they’ll still take his phone calls.

Enjoy the postseason, podnah.

Playing on Friday nights should tell him something. 🤔

May seem counterintuitive, but their loss last night actually kinda told me just how talented they really are. Everything possible went wrong for them, against a quality opponent – I think they ended up with 4 turnovers and 6 red zone visits that failed to convert into TD’s – basically everything Cincinnati could have ever hope for – and UCF only lost by 3. On a better night, that game would have been over at halftime (in UCF’s favor). I know we mock them, and their constant crowing gets old, but UCF is a talented football team. Their true frosh QB just happened to pick a bad game to play like a true frosh.

Thank goodness all that nonsense is finally over.

Can the group of 5 just do their own playoffs so we don’t have to here about them anymore?

Short of a Georgia beatdown of Tennessee, watching that was the most enjoyable game that will happen this weekend. Couldn’t happen to a “nicer bunch”. As I have said before, it is amazing how a team that is so irrelevant could become so hated by so many. Reminds me of no-see-ums. They are annoying as hell, not dangerous, serve no known purpose, and everyone hates them.

  6. The weird thing about UCF is that I wish I could like them. It is (was) a great story and I enjoy rooting for underdogs. Kinda how I mostly have enjoyed a lot of Boise State’s success. But they’ve just made themselves so unlikeable.
