Between what happened last year and now with the two men coaching the teams, the Egg Bowl is must-see TV for the next few years. This is a fantastic hire for Miss State. He’s going to be a great fit down there, he’s nuts in a Mississippi kind of way.

Bad, bad hire, and this won’t end well for Leach (well, other than the handsome addition to his bank account). Leach readily admits he works more of a typical work schedule and damn sure isn’t putting in 80 hours a week or whatever. He also admittedly doesn’t like recruiting all that much. Those two factors alone reduce his chances of success to almost nil.
Oh, his O’s really have struggled against respectable D’s as well. For ex. he went 0-7 against UDub, while only averaging around 14 points in the process. And UDub’s D aint exactly dominant. Of course, from an entertainment perspective for the rest of us, the hire was an A+.
