Meet the clay waiting to be fashioned.

If you are in the camp that believes the primary reason Georgia’s offense suffered last season was the decimated receiving corps, then this group may turn out to be the most important part of the incoming class.

Whom do you think has the best chance of contributing in 2020?

  1. Rosemy is likely the easy choice, but I think Robinson could be a kid flying under the radar that could be a difference maker. He played in a run heavy offense at ELCA, so you have to assume he knows how to block.

I really like the size of the Robinson kid but I think Rosemy will be the first to impress. Rosemy has good measurements as well.
The McConkey kid may be the spice though. Quick talent at that slot position could prove to be deadly. Pickens will demand attention so, some of the newbies will have a chance to get involved.

I really hope Pickens and Robertson excel while these young’uns learn and grow. But we have some talent, assuming they’re the right 4 stars. Apparently we’ve been recruiting all the wrong 4 and 5 star talent to this point. #schemedon’tmatter

I’m going with McConkey for three reasons. New England and a number of other NFL teams seem to always have a guy like him as a possession guy.
#1. He’s tough for a DB to hold up on the line.
#2. Quickness for possession type routes, (he’s also very fast)
#3. His route running is as good as it gets. He’ll be open on 3rd downs.

I’ll be higher on him when I see video of him breaking ankles of elite SEC DBs and not randos on the high school field

I’ll pick McConkey because of the return game. If he moves to the head of the line at WR, it’s a pretty bad reflection of our wR coaching and the ability of the other WRs we recruited this year and past couple years.

Burton is going to thrive under Monken.

Demetrius Robertson was rated higher as a recruit than any we signed this year and he demonstrated his first years at Cal that his recruiting ranking was not hype. He has not produced at Georgia which has been a surprise and a disappointment. perhaps the new regime can figure out a way to let him fulfill his potential.
