The NCAA always claims its impossible for them to deal with 50 different NIL laws. But I bet we're going to see them manage to figure out a way to resume college sports despite 50 different COVID laws. it's all a matter of what they *want* to solve.

There’s a weird sort of duality where we think all of the NCAA big wigs, conference commissioners, and ADs are morons yet we also expect for them to be able to figure this stuff out.
