Heppin’ the little guy

The NCAA may not be giving the players the transfer waiver rule they’d like, but that’s not because it’s out of the waiver business.  No siree.

NCAA announces a series of rules waivers due to pandemic:
–Minimum football attendance requirement for FBS members waived for two years.
–FBS schools will not be required to play 60% of their games against FBS members or play five home games against FBS opponents
