“Sadly, in our college game, ‘voluntary’ has always been a very loose term.”

Coaches pushing the boundaries of what’s allowed?  Why, Lincoln Riley, how dare you make such a dastardly suggestion!

Is anyone surprised Lincoln Riley is the Karen of college football coaches?

Don’t want to hijack the thread but Johnny Majors died yesterday. Has there ever been a worse case of a fan base turning on a HC than what happened to him at UT? The guy was a legendary player for them then became an excellent HC there and look what they did to him. While he was recovering from open heart surgery. Whatever minimal respect I ever had for the University of Tennessee as an institution went out the window when they treated their greatest player that way. I wonder what the 1950s Johnny Majors would have done if he had a crystal ball and could have seen into the future. I’m betting he never would have gone to school there. RIP Johnny Majors. You deserved better.
