That’s my read too. Way too many variables in the air to make an AD change. The good news is it’s not a multi-year contract.

Wouldn’t have expected anything different. No, it isn’t a great time to make major personnel changes, but this guy should have been gone long before now. No vision, no PR skills, and no balls. Keep pouring money down the rabbit hole ,enjoy the excess while you can. Might want to save that salary for the tougher days.

I don’t know. There’s so much more to being a good athletic director now than it was under Coach Dooley.
I would suggest Matt Stinchcomb … athlete, media guy, successful businessman.

We need to start looking for a replacement for McGoof now!! It will take that long to find the right person. Unfortunately I have very little confidence that the new AD would be any better.
