    Well, in his defense, Mississippi State hasn’t won an SEC football title since 1941. That has to be some kind of record.

    Didn’t Missy St win the west division in ’97 or ’98? I was at UGA then and drunk a lot. I don’t recall how they did that.

    Yes but that’s not the correct standard for Absolutely Top Recruiter (formally The Portal Master). The fact that he had several winning seasons at Miss State is proof that he’s better than most coaches with post-season experience—or so the narrative goes.

        They are literally the fucking worst. All Blank and the Falcons had to do was either go back to a classic look from the 60’s, 80’s, or 90’s (the three most beloved unis) and even keep the newer falcon for marketing purposes, or do a modern update of one of those three classic looks, like the Minnesota Vikings or Dolphins did, and fans would’ve been happy. The 49ers and Giants went back to classic looks and were better for it.

        No, instead the Falcons did the one thing that all teams are trying to get away from: The horrible Nike-fication of their uniforms. Tampa Bay and Cleveland couldn’t get away fast enough from their stupid ass ugly Nike uniforms and changed them as soon as they could.

        So knowing that, what do the Falcons do? THEY FUCKING ALLOWED NIKE TO MAKE THOSE GARBAGE UNIFORMS!!!

        They look like fucking Arena League garbage. They look like the terrible fucking uniforms from the terrible Longest Yard reboot movie with Adam Sandler.

        The Falcons chose “style” which is already dated, over good design. Style, even if it’s current, doesn’t last long. Good design lasts forever. The Cowboys, the Packers, the Steelers, the 49ers… these are all example of great design. When teams changed them, like the 49ers did, they realized their mistake and went back.

        Fuck the Falcons. Fuck Blank. These fucking uniforms combined with bringing back Dumb and Dumber to continue overseeing that terrible team means I’m done. I blamed Dimitroff long enough. I blamed Smith. I blamed DQ for being a moron coach who can only spout motivational phrases instead of actually coach his team. The problem with this team and franchise is Arthur Blank. We thought getting rid of the Smiths would fix all the problems, but we just found out there’s something even worse: An owner who can almost get it done but keeps making terrible decisions that make it so as close as we can get, it’ll still never happen.

            I definitely feel a certain way. It was all lined-up to hit a grand slam, and Blank and the Falcons struck out with the bases loaded. The terrible decision made on these uniforms style over substance garbage is criminal. To make the decision they made is the height of tone deaf stupidity.

            Yet, why should I expect anything different from that fucking franchise?
