Gonna have a good time on the Flats.

Per Bill Connelly, Georgia Tech starts its regular season with a game it has a 9% chance of winning and finishes with a game it has a 6% chance of winning.  Along the way, it plays four games in which it has less than a 30% chance of winning, including against UCF.

Geoff, I’m afraid you’re gonna need a bigger Waffle House cup.  Much bigger.

You know, 6-6 gets the NATS into a bowl game. That’s not bad considering where Fish Fry left him.

He left them at a lowly 7-5 in his last regular season, so 6-6 two seasons later would be YUGE!

Yes, because the low-rated players Fish Fry left NATS with that were only specifically attuned to his singular offense (not to mention the lack of defensive talent because who wants to go against that offense 5 days a week in practice) really set Gee-Off up for success.

Once again Derek, your keen insight astounds.

What insight? I just posted yech’s record in fish fry’s last year.

You don’t need any insight see your post and demonstrate that it was laughable as written. Just one single fact is all it took.

Why am I not surprised that you are utterly devoid of context, nuance, and common sense?

Oh, that’s right, you show us all that every time you post.🤷🏻‍♂️

My question is, if the two of you were tailgating in Jacksonville in the same parking lot and one of you came across the other being harassed by an obnoxious Gator fan, would you come to each other’s defense? Is this a “he can’t do that to our pledge…only we can do that to our pledge” situation?

Everyone everywhere has a Derek in their family. While you just avoid them as best you can, it doesn’t mean you don’t love them or wouldn’t protect them if needed.

And if you can string together a few 7-6 seasons, you can be a perennial coach of the year as Mullen has shown at Miss State

This guy is their big play. If he cannot turn them around, they are in trouble – no doubt. Their only saving grace is being part of the ACC, so they have the guaranteed money coming in. But you have to wonder how patient the ACC will be with them. It’s not like they have been part of the conference like Vandy has the SEC and Vandy does surprise with Basketball and had has a Natty in Baseball a couple of years back.

Fail here and continue to struggle in other sports – it will be real interesting on how things go from here.. Take the ACC out of this and Georgia State overtakes these guys.

How patient the ACC will be with them? What are you talking about? The ACC will throw out the NATS? That’s a weird thought.
