This doesn’t surprise me.
Which isn’t the same thing as saying it’s gonna happen.

SEC sources tell me East Division teams with ACC state rivals desperately want to play those ninth ganes. The problem: P5 inventory isn’t there for remaining 10 SEC teams if B12,P12 play 9 conf games, and ACC helps ND fill a schedule. (1of2)

A partial solution would be to have the SEC East teams without an ACC Rival (Mizzou, Vandy, and Tennessee) play another SEC West team as a “non-conference game” the way Wake and UNC did last season.

I’m guessing USCjr is not counted among the East teams desperate to play their ACC rival

Do the West teams really fear that GT will be a valuable playoff data point for us? Just let us have the pleasure of another beat down, please.

I was thinking about this earlier and really wishing there was something that could be worked out between the SEC and ACC to give every team 10 games. Wish we could keep Virginia and Tech to bookend the season.

I’m not for cancelling the series with COFH, but if GT refuses to play us in 2020, we should require the 2021 game to be held in Athens and get Auburn/Tech off the same cycle or refuse to play it. If the latter happens, we can resume the series in 2022.

Well that’s a messed up statistic. Their conference sucks, so when they play outside of it the chances of playing a team with a pulse is higher lmao.

Seven of the top ten are from the ACC. Your earlier count may be off.

I want to play Tech. I don’t care about playing Missouri or Vandy.
