“Those 13 jerseys are going to be around a long time.”-- Brock Bowers, The Athletic, 1/10/23
Hazard pay? Goodness… Likening the game of football to working on a nuclear submarine I guess.
Players need to simply opt out of the season if they are this “distressed” about playing. I put distressed in quotes because I think its turning into nothing more than a veiled attempt at a cash grab by certain individuals.

How will Danny White claim the MNC and not share in the proceeds now?

On a somewhat related note, I wish Divaad Wilson luck, but I still am sick of hearing Danny White. I’m conflicted.

You can have a football season without conferences, ADs, or the NCAA. You can’t have one without the players . . . yet they’re the ones who get the least compensation for their hard work. Doesn’t seem right to me, but then I’m just a dumb pinko socialist, so what do I know.
