I sure would get a kick out of one day being able to watch an NCAA flack use the term “student-athlete” in a Congressional hearing and get all “dude, nobody says that anymore” in response.

UNC's student newspaper will stop using the term "student-athlete" in stories. It was created in the 1950s to deny football players workers' compensation. The Daily Tar Heel will use "college athlete," "athlete," or "student" as the context requires. https://t.co/y2Qg7OEvCj
