Hot off the press.
Daniels isn’t as far along as we hoped.
That, on the other hand, sounds about like what we’d expect at this point in time.
Hot off the press.
Kirby Smart said QB J.T. Daniels is not cleared yet after his knee surgery last year. QB Jamie Newman is back now from a mid-foot sprain. WR Dom Blaylock (knee) is not completely cleared to practice or play. CB Kelee Ringo had a "shoulder repair," and is an out for a while.

“And Georgia fans, don’t be turds. Enjoy this. Soak it up. It’s awesome. If you don’t win this year, it’s still not a failure. It’s a heck of a run. Back-to-back in the Playoff era hasn’t been done. So, to ask for a third I feel like it’s gluttonous. I feel like it’s not OK. But we’ll be in the mix.”-- David Pollack, On3.com, 5/9/23
I was going to be stunned if JT was back. Hell, it wouldn’t surprise me if part of the reason he transferred was to get treated by Courson. That might be a stretch, but if he watched Chubb’s injury and subsequent recovery it would make sense. All in all, I think we are in about as good of a place as we can be – but why no info about the 5* with the leg injury? Did no one ask?
