I’m guessing that’s Jimmy Page on guitar. I see Charley Watts, Jeff Beck, Steve Winwood, Ray Cooper and I think Bill Wyman and Chris Stainton. Can’t figure out the rest.

I got those, except for Ray Cooper. I thought Steve Wariner at first on the other lead next to EC, but that can’t be right. Not Mark Knopfler either.

The percussionist is a dude named Ray Cooper. He always plays with Clapton. He put on a pretty memorable performance on Clapton’s “Unplugged” show.

20 years ago I had a 1989 red BMW convertible I sometimes drove too fast with the music too loud. I once made a quick, 90 degree turn into a parking space and almost clipped this huge guy in a cowboy hat emerging from his truck. Was sure my ass was grass and apologized profusely. His response: “Hey brother, anyone who plays EC that loud is alright with me.”
I still smile at this memory whenever I hear this song.
