Bears vs Governors. Hmmm. I think a bear would win, unless the Governor was some old school governor that killed a bear with his hands. Then I’d have to go with the Governor.

Wish it was during the day. Gonna have a hard time convincing the bride to watch this.

Those two teams will never draw the ratings again the rest of their existence that they are about to draw this evening.

In 87 I only been here 3 years. The Illini drew Austin Peay in the 1st game of the regional at Birmingham and my buddies all came down. I couldn’t go to that game but had big plans for the rest of the tourney. It was the first year of the 3 pointer and the center for AP, a 6’8″ Darryl Bedford hit FIVE threes and they beat us 67-68. It was the game that Vitale said he’s stand on his head at mid-court at the Assembly Hall and he did with the help of 2 cheerleader. Therefore, LET”S GO PEAY!!!

I apologize for going a little off topic. Watched my first football game of the year this morning. Peewee league a family member was playing. Very disappointing to see the lack of masks by by those in attendance. As for social distance it looked just like last year with a reduced crowd. The bleachers shoulder to shoulder seating for a lot of people. The wife and myself stood on the fence on the opposite side of the field with a few others spaced out. We stayed for the first quarter only. These were mostly young parents with a few grandparents mixed in. I did foolishly expect to see more people taking the risk seriously.

People who believe it’s a hoax believe it’s a hoax and little will change their minds.

Unfortunately, about the only thing that will convince them otherwise is when a close loved one or they themselves come down with the virus and die or come very close to it.

The other day, I read about a guy here in Jax that who was one of the hoax believers. That is until he and his wife caught COVID. He ended up recovering after a time in the ICU. Tragically, his wife wasn’t so lucky. He is now very vocal trying to get other hoaxers to wake up and take this seriously. It only took him losing the love of his life to change his beliefs. It’s truly sad that this country is so divided that we can’t even agree on whether COVID is real and dangerous or not.

Wear your mask, keep your distance. Everyone else is gonna do what everyone else gonna do.
We’ll see how it works out. Glad to see the little dudes playing though, kids need it.

For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death. The number of deaths with each condition or cause is shown for all deaths and by age groups. For data on comorbidities,

Long as they’re fcs v fcs, it’s usually very good football if they’re well coached teams. Skill isn’t generally what separates most of these players from the SEC. They’re still very good at football. Skill… with size and speed… is the main difference.

  12. I have been begging Kirby to do that formation just scorec touchdown Austin Peay just scored. Pistol, motion H back, read. You gotta have a mobile quarterback though. All you fullback people should dig it to. And, you can hit a quick cross from it. You can naked bootleg from it. You can corner fade from it

Damn, this game literally has everything in it. Yeah, it’s sloppy as hell, but we got the opening 75 yard TD, some good defense, a couple of key turnovers, some amazing QB punting, a fourth quarter comeback by Austin Peay, but they left too much time on the clock!

Now Central Arkansas can win it!
