I don’t understand how Doug Jones could be the senator from Alabama and have absolutely no idea who his constituents actually are.

The majority of the voters are going to absolute love Tubs telling the Cincy fans to go to hell and get a job. I mean, I would not be surprised if Tubbs turns around and makes that part of HIS campaign.

How could Doug Jones not know that?

Also, the football fans will know Tubs didn’t quit on his Auburn team, he was fired.

    • Per Wikipedia,

… After the 2008 season, with a 5–7 record including losses to Vanderbilt, West Virginia, and a final 36–0 loss to Alabama, he was asked to resign from Auburn.[16] Auburn athletic director Jay Jacobs claimed that Tuberville voluntarily resigned. Jacobs added: “To say the least, I was a little shocked. But after three times of asking him would he change his mind, he convinced me that the best thing for him and his family and for this football program was for him to possibly take a year off and take a step back.”[17] With his departure, Tuberville was paid a pro-rated buyout of $5.1 million. The payments included $3 million within 30 days of his resignation date and the remainder within a year.

Sounds like a pretty disputed point. Fair game for Jones to use it and for you to have fun with it, but I’m inclined to believe he was asked to resign because they didn’t complain about the buyout.

100% agreed. I don’t understand why the Democrats are having such a hard time recognizing who they are talking to with these ads.

You’re absolutely right. Jones only won because the GOP put forth the absolute worst possible candidate they could, and legions of GOP voters stayed home rather than cast a ballot for him. They love Tibs and his D-Trump endorsement here in Alabama.

In honor of that commercial, I propose the Dawgs make the Tigers quit Saturday.

Only other thing that ad needed was a mention that Tubs got punked by Reggie Ball. Twice.

    Yawn. Playpen.

If Doug doesn’t place Tubs with a dead girl or a live boy, he’s losing.

He may perform slightly better than the top of the ticket but not much(enough).

My understanding about Tubs leaving auburn was that after Jetgate Tubs had it put in his contract that if any booster shopped his job, he got the buyout, no questions asked. Yellawood calls Houston Nutt and gauged his interest in the job while Saban’s second bama team was pounding auburn. Of course yellawood, being an auburn guy, was too dumb to know he and tubs shared the same agent.

Next day Tubs demanded his check.

    “Fuck you Jay, pay me.”

Thats what I heard and it makes perfect sense. Why else would they write that check when he’s quitting?

Auburn sucks. I like driving in my truck.

He should have had T Pain work in a little ground music for that add.

And he’s still going to beat Doug Jones. Alabama deserves him.

  10. That is the dumbest ad I’ve ever seen. Tubbs should make an ad about all the jobs that Doug Jones has quit throughout his life and set it to the soundtrack of a circus clown act. That man only won his seat because he ran against a misognyst & pedophile. And this is the best you can throw at Tubbs – he quit multiple jobs? Even in this election – which will result in a shocking repudiation of Trump’s Party – Tubbs is going to be Alabama’s newest US Senator.
