I’m pretty that’s hand sanitizer, but I’m going to pretend that’s it’s not, because that’s so much more awesome.

The same alcohol Beam buys for liquor is required for hand sanitizer. They pump the alcohol out of the tanks, blend it and bottle it just like liquor. They do use barrel aged for bourbon vs the industrial stuff.

Tons of mom n pop liquor manufacturers (all the rage these days) in my city pivoted to hand sanitizer in the spring.

It’s funny now. I wasn’t laughing next morning at a 0500 run when my buddy gakked that shit up in front of me. Got a whiff up my nostrils and the cascade began.
Good times!

Laughing with you, not at you. 🙂
Uncle Jim got the best of me once, as well. To the point that even the smell of he and his ilk was belly gurgling for me for a number of years.

I drank many a bottle of Jim Beam at Ga football games as a student. I have fond memories of the stuff. Also a couple like yours, Ranger.

Drove from Ft Benning to see Hank Jr at the Stegosaurus Oct 2,1984. Of course we were drinking Beam. Unfortunately Junior was drinking more than us. A lot more apparently. I was embarrassed for him. He sang a medley of hits, climbed on the piano and shot cap guns, then ended the show. I had been a big fan before that. What a shithead.
