Gosh I hope he gets to play if he wants to play. He deserves to finish his career the way he wants to – he’s been one of the absolute biggest joys to watch over the past four years, Love that dude.

Judging by Tyson’s comments, it looks like he’s leaving. Just me, but I’d say he could use another year. Surtain and Campbell were both 5-stars, but there has been a marked difference in their production up to this point, IMO.

I think Campbell needs another year of development. The League won’t develop you. You’re either ready or not, and I don’t think Tyson is there yet. He’s certainly not on the level of Surtain.

I guess my point is why doesn’t this seem to happen at Alabama or Clemson? The seniors returning for 2017 is such a part of the UGA story that it boggles my mind that Smart can’t get any other class of non-1st rounders to buy-in to it.

Jordan Davis made me cry. Like he has many an OL in his time at UGA. 3-star, BTW. But, with apologies to Butch, that is truly a 5-star heart.

No one needs to apologize to Booch for anything, imo. Jordan has a 5* heart and it is clear to everyone; no need to say it.

Jordan was a Hope Diamond in the rough. Great job of talent evaluation, recruiting and development by the UGA staff. He needs another year to develop and improve his draft position. Dawgs need him too.

Considering the talent and contributions of players like Holyfield and Trent Thompson, who didn’t get drafted at all, ALL of our players should strongly consider getting another year of school. If they aren’t gonna get sufficient playing time at UGA, move down to another program and get a jump on a masters degree.
