Wow! I don’t remember this video, maybe it was too progressive for major play back then. The Go-Go’s popped up today while I was working out today as a number of their songs have that great upbeat tempo for running or working out.

BTW, the recent doc on the Go-Go’s is really pretty great. “First all-woman group to write their own songs, play their own instruments and snag a #1 hit”..and not in the R n R HoF. Pretty criminal, imo. https://www.spin.com/featured/go-gos-rock-and-roll-hall-of-fame/

Watched the Go-Go’s documentary on Showtime (I think). Very good story. I always enjoyed their music.

Always liked that song, but I’m a sucker for great power pop.
Friday night I saw Tom Hanks answering random questions from Stephen Colbert, and his answer to ‘you get 1 song to listen to for the rest of your life – what is it?’ was Our Lips Are Sealed. It wouldn’t have been in my top 100 choices, but I do appreciate it

That’s right, Uncle Got. On the hearing test where you check all the boxes of noise to which you’ve been exposed? The only one I leave blank is Rubella. But I generally had ear pro most of the time except for one. That RocknRoll.
