115 (one hundred and fifteen) miles an hour? Damn. Just damn. It’s a wonder he and the mail carrier are still alive. What was he driving?

In Georgia that set of facts would amount to “Serious Injury By Vehicle” which is a felony I believe.

Pretty cold of Riley Morningstar to not even mention concern or condition of the person who WAS seriously injured. Just the almost breathed written sigh of relief that Fred can play.

He practices a prosperity gospel. God rewarded him for his faith by giving him a State law keeping it a misdemeanor, SC State and Connecticut on the schedule and and Administration compliant enough to let him suspend the guy against either of those two teams.

It’s only a misdemeanor. I’m sure his NIL rights are still intact.

I was told by an old sage that in Georgia there has never been a court ordered settlement for damages or injuries that exceeded the responsible party’s insurance policy liability limits. I wonder (if it’s true, which I doubt) if that holds true in most states in general and SC in particular.
I would think there will be lawsuits coming from this one.

115 mph?! Not sure I believe it. If an accident occurred at that speed and Davis walked away, he should be in the record books.

Allowing road side mail delivery on a road with a 55 mph limit is just as dumb as driving over 100. At those speeds, accidents with delivery vehicles is a foregone conclusion.

My Clemson buddy, Grant, says there ain’t no way in hell Davis plays that first game and if he keeps that shit up he’ll end up transferring to UGA.
I told him to send ol Speedy across the river with a floaty seat cushion. The water is fine and the bench is no longer pine. He’ll need that cushion for the hard metal.
    Clemson sucks.

Senator, you missed out on an opportunity for a back-to-back “Mark Richt has lost control over diving.” header with the clip of Smart jumping off the high dive…

115? Damn lucky to walk away, unlike the mail carrier. Fastest I’ve ever driven as a stupid yute was 135 on a late-night empty road. Why was I driving 135? Because I didn’t want to do 136…

Once hit 141 on the 3 mile stretch in McIntosh heading to Shelman’s bluff. 71 Roadrunner, 383 with a six pack, probably coulda hit 150, but I thought I better start breaking, you run thru that stop sign and you’re in the Ga marsh.

    • Sunny beach, you and Nil blow me out of the water…when I was young and dumb me and my buddy got his 1984 POS Ford Mustang up to just under 120, that hunk of shit was held together with dental floss and baling wire…it shook and shimmied like a great big old Pentecostal girl…after I eased it back down to 80…I thought they were going to have to surgically remove the seat from my asshole, ever since then it’s been low & slow for me

That explains why it took so long for the details about drivers in this accident to be identified. The accident had lots of coverage but they did not identify the drivers until long after the injury coverage was over here in Greenville.
