Damn, son, I don’t think I’da tweeted that.

Matt Corral deleted this shortly after he loosed it on the world…

… but I’m sure Junior’s already informed him that social media is forever.

Severed head-Nick Saban should make a lovely souvenir for Alabama’s bulletin board this week.

He’s got all week to enjoy himself before he has the opportunity to back it up.

I’ll never understand why people run their mouth/keyboard stupid to make a difficult task harder. I do wish him good luck.

    Is this a Hannibal reference?

Gumps substitute for Italians and the Tide for Rome. Hannibal gave the Romans hell with his war olyphants and backdoor tactics. But in the end, where is Carthage? A salted desert.
I can’t pull for a Kiffen team or a mouthy punk. It would be nice to not have to play both the refs and the West champ in the SEC Championship game though.

I don’t think this Bama team is all that, we shall see.

I don’t necessarily think they are as good as their best teams under Saban but their average team under Saban doesn’t need extra motivation to handle Ole Miss. I personally want them to lose so that we can maybe not have to face them but I wouldn’t bet that Ole Miss will beat them this weekend.

If I was forced to bet the game I would take Ole Miss and the 14.5 points and I would take the over on the 77.5 point total. My gut, which may be completely wrong, says this is a game with the winner in the high 40s/low 50s and the loser in the 40 point range.

Compared to their best teams, I should have said.

Agreed. I would feel better about the dawgs playing bama right now than the dawgs playing ole miss.

Well, guess it’s time to change my bet. 🙂

Really, that ranks among the dumbest tweets I’ve seen in a while. That’s not going to age very well.

He is either going to look like Joe Namath before the Super Bowl or a dead armadillo in the middle of the road that mistakenly thought he could do what the other who tried before could not. Not sure which, but the gauntlet has been thrown down.
