Today, in life comes at me fast

Shot.

… I think this team is brilliantly fashioned, the defense in particular. But don’t be surprised, assuming things hold up, if the best defense in the country and one of the best over the past decade seems underrepresented at season’s end on awards list. Not that anyone of us is likely to care all that much.

Chaser.

How do Davis, Dean and Wyatt get passed up?

This team (and especially the defense) is full of ass kickers – they are all participating in the carnage and we Dawg fans are reveling in it. Big Dawg in the House, Woof!

I loved those shirts the Junkyard Dogs were rockn back in the day. It truly describes this disciplined and talented team. Those fine young men and the Dawgs staff deserve to win it all.
      Hell, so do we fans.

I think people are beginning to pick up on the fact that our entire team is made of stars, so no one player stands out. I really think you’ll see this talked more come draft time.

Yeah, but I still like Jarvis Jones & Roquan Smith.

As good as they were, they would not stand out AS MUCH on this defense. Just like Jordan Davis is an absolute stud, in these defense he is just a really really good part of it. If you put him on most any other team, he would be whole focus. With us, he is one of 11 you have to account for. What do you do? Double him and let Carter go. Who accounts for Dean, Adams, Smith? If you are the opposing OC, the week before Georgia has to be full of long stressful nights.

    How . . . motivational.
Are we playing anybody on the list?

The disrespect card can be super powerful, but I don’t think our team needs individual accolades to be motivated. They’re playing for the brotherhood and that’s probably the most powerful motivator there is.

Show me a list of players on teams give up two to six times more points than UGA. Mkay.

Our guys may not collect the individual award hardware but we’ll be represented on draft day like crazy. That’s what matters the most to these guys along with hopefully getting that National Championship.

I’m thinking this could potentially be a bad thing. If Jermaine Johnson ends up being a first round pick and Adam Anderson goes on Day 2 of the draft who made the smartest career decisions?

Hard to have a lot of tackles/sacks/turnovers on 3 and outs.

I hope Jermaine wins out. When asked, Kirby can say ‘he was a good backup for us’.
