What a joke of a penalty too. People throwing trash should have been given at least a 5 year ban on going to UT athletics events. School should have also been hit much hard. $250k is pocket change compared to their SEC TV payout at the end of the year.

It’s that high fat diet leading to high blood pressure exacerbated by even higher alcohol content bootleg hooch that brings out the sunny disposition of those trashy ass hillbillies.

I’d like to see The Athletic do a “Lulu and Junior, where are they now?” piece at some point.

Or maybe it can be a GameDay filler piece if Tennessee ever has an important game again.

That picture is around 20 years old, so my guess on where are they now is in an East Tennessee cemetery plot.

I was about to say that looks like a modern day version of the famous couple…it very well could be their offspring.

Regardless, a lot of “you’re #1’s going on in that pic! Awesome…they’ve had that game circled on the schedule for a little while. Just not for normal reasons. Simply to let Kiffin know how what they think of him.

I listened to the UT head coach’s comments about what happened and was underwhelmed! He said all the right things but with little conviction. If that ever happened at Sanford I guarantee that Kirby would have gone off like a pissed off Sergeant Major and left no doubts in anyone’s mind that it better not ever happen again.

Yet, UT fanboy Clay Travis scoffed at the incident, stating a few dozen bad eggs caused all the problems among the 100K in attendance. Hence, no big deal.

What UT fans don’t realize is they have a bad reputation among rival fans, casual fans, and even top recruits. I can probably dig it up somewhere, but a few years back, HS recruits were asked (by I believe which fans were the most annoying overall (in terms of pressuring them to sign with their school, blowing up social media feeds, etc.). The overwhelming response was Tennessee, and I believe they got more votes than schools #2-5 combined.

Cause for sure an elite athlete is going to let some 5 toothed, hillbilly moron pressure them into signing with that cesspool by the Tennessee river.

I do know good UT folk, but overall they’re creepier and more aggressive than other places, except maybe the outer fringe LSU crowd. Hill and swamp folk make me stray-dog nervous.

    • Did clay blame it on a false flag by antifa yet?

It was more than a few dozen. The field looked like a landfill. I also hate how Vols are using the officials and the 4th down spot as justification, as if the rest of the SEC is immune to bad officiating.

What isn’t being talked about enough is the affect this could have on recruiting, specifically how easy it will be for opposing coaches to recruit negatively against that unstable, meth-fueled mob of a fanbase.

Personally, I think the only way to put an end to this is to have the Vols play their next home game “behind closed doors” with no fans present. It’s the only way to prevent this from happening again and across the league. We need to make sure to make an example of them.

Oh, I think they did that themselves!

TAMU and ARKY were each fined $250,000 for the fans running on the field (I think). UT gets the same for that shit show they put on. Doesn’t seem that the punishment fits the crime.

I once had, temporarily I might add, a missing front tooth. Couldn’t smile for weeks. Hated looking like a Tennessse fan.

I don’t understand why the seating capacity at UT does not drop each and every year. The asses on that crowd gets wider and wider. There is no way they can fit that much lard in those seats.

  13. Heupel has actually asked for the State Police to find the kid that threw the golf ball. Has a QB scholarship waiting for him with that kind of arm and accuracy.

Seems like a few of the ladies in the photo are looking at Lane and wondering “Hey – isn’t that Joey Freshwater?!?”

I used to cut a slice of apple and put in my bag of Red Man which made the tobacco moist and a bit runny if left for a few days. My buds would ask to bum a chew.
          “Whoa, what’s up with that?”
“I was going inside and didn’t want to waste a whole chaw. So I put it back in the pouch.”
Most bums declined my offering of juicy chew. Rangers? They didn’t give a fuck.
