Nothing more fun that watching a few Stingtalk assholes try to live vicariously through Michigan until reality rears its ugly head.

All they’ve got now is ‘Bama.  Gawd help ’em if the Tide doesn’t come through.

    Win-Lose or Draw, just the most classless group of fans outside of Knoxville; although I will say that Auburn is tracking to catch them. That’s a bitter group over on the Plains these days

    I spend way too much time on the /r/CFB subreddit, and there are a crazy number of Bama/Tech flairs there. I don’t know if that’s because of their hate for UGA; their need to cheer for a winner; or just some weird quirk of the internet, but they are certainly a group who is obnoxious.

    A friend from HS was a Tech and Bama fan, too, and he ended up at Ga Southern, so you can just imagine how much he hated Georgia.

        Agreed. There are some interesting things there but the CFB and Bulldog subreddits are cesspools. The vitriol expressed over the Stet/JT decision is gross.

    Man… the thought that I could’ve been a Tech Fan had things gone another way (no Bulldog family, no ties to the school) is definitely an “It’s a Wonderful Life”-style eye opener every time the Senator posts something from this cesspool board of losers.

    I’m old enough to remember GT hating Bama with a white hot hate. Students would throw liquor bottles at them on the side lines, so much so that Bear wore a helmet to start the third quarter. The Chick Granting GT getting jaw broken on a punt return by Darwin Holt, that was later avenged by Billy Shaw in the pros when he broke Darwin Holt’s arm. These new age nerds are not history majors. Bobby Dodd is rolling in his grave hearing these nats pulling for Bama against us or anybody.

    I sincerely hate that you pointed me to that pile of dung site. Good Heavens, it made me doubt my Christian nature to pray for my enemies. I am still repenting for praying that their campus gets hit by a meltdown in their little punk a** nuke reactor.
    The worst for me were these:

    So, if I understand this, and I’m not going back to check, but didn’t one he/she/it ask who their fav Bulldog was? And some answer was “ the guy who couldn’t get out of bounds and the clock ran out”. He/she/it had to be talking about Auburn’s Tank Bigsby. Correct me if I’m wrong.

    Dunno if anyone’s watching but dang, if I needed any more proof that the Ohio State QB just throws the ball where he is told to, I have it. Herbie so wants Stroud to be the heisman favorite next year and then he throws the ball into double coverage INT in the end zone like his eyes were shut.

    The recent TD? Yeah, it wasn’t all that, throw it hard away from the defender. Had 3 receivers in position and waiting for the ball with inside leverage.

    I’m 44. My mother is STILL mad that I didn’t “apply” myself enough in high school to get into GTU. Went to Athens, made it through my Junior year, and then fell into an IT career. Closing in on 20 years in my niche field, and nearly 25 overall.

    I actually worked at Georgia Tech Research Institute for about 6 months. That entire campus, and everything on it, is a complete, and utter, clusterfuck. From what I observed firsthand, working at the school, the administration could probably, easily, fuck up a one-car parade.

      I worked at the Center For Rehabilitation Technology after I finished my doctorate. I proudly hung my UGA diploma on my office wall for all to see! I agree that it’s a goofy place but the job there led to a decent career and retirement. I still have my Buzz Card!
